3D print of gearbox housing model
Kopecký, Marek ; Rebenda, David (referee) ; Dočkal, Kryštof (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of two stage spur gearbox housing for food processor. Strength calculation was conducted using FEM analysis. State of the art from the field of transmission casing, CAD model and prototype created by 3D print are parts of the thesis. 3D printed model is meant for demonstration of bearing seats and use of normalized mechanical elements. The thesis should provide fundamentals of gearbox housing and show a solution of one case.
Computational Modelling of Geartrain Vibration
Král, Jiří ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Novotný, Pavel (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the model design for gearbox. The work is focused to its basic creation and optimization in programs of MBS ADAMS and ANSYS. It includes also short summary of contemporary solutions, which are used, and basic characterization of acoustic quantities.
Design of electrical travel of reaper`s drive unit
Otoupalík, Jan ; Černý, Michal (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of electrical travel for universal mowing machine, which will be controlled remotely. Designed travel has independent wheel drive, the maximum speed of 10 km per hour and can be used in the terrain with a slope of 30°. The thesis deals with the determination the parameters of the travel, design of the possible electrical drive units and design with respect to the stability of the device. Another part of the thesis deals with the design of the travel and describes particular parts of the travel.
Machining of precise holes for bearings
Blecha, Jan ; Jaroš, Aleš (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This diploma thesis is about machining of exact hole specifications to fit the bearings from the the theoretical overviewof the fiiting. Another purpose is to describe; the overview of machines, the choices in bearings, and the types of gearboxes. Finally, it deals with the different methods of surface finishing, how to produce the holes for the bearings to fit in gearboxes. Finally, it deals with the different methods of surface finishing and how to produce the holes for the bearings to fit in the gearboxes
Production of gearboxes for racing car
Krejz, Miroslav ; Ćirović, Ivan (referee) ; Mouralová, Kateřina (advisor)
Description of this thesis deals with issues in manufacturing gearboxes for racing cars. They also described the chosen technological processes, reasons for presentation and subsequent evaluation of the problem.
Cutting operation holes in change gear box to installation bearing (material basic: iron casting).
Teplý, Vladimír ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
Theme of this Bachelor`s thesis deal with problems of cutting operation holes in change gear box to installation bearing (material basic: iron casting). There are analyzed two basic methods of cutting holes (using a turntable and without using a turntable) and a third additional method uses a combination of the advantages of both methods. Then there is the proposed method of measuring the workpiece.
Optimisation of electric vehicles gearbox housing with focus on emitted noise
Fürich, Adam ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Řehák, Kamil (advisor)
This thesis deals with the vibration and noise of the gearbox for an electric vehicle. The gearbox itself acts as an emitter of unwanted noise caused by vibration excitation of the internal components of the gearbox. It is therefore necessary to deal with a complex unit such as the gearbox at system level as soon as it is being designed. This can be achieved using analytical tools and software. In this thesis, in order to evaluate the validity of the designed gearbox, a procedure is developed using both technical experiment and numerical simulations. The effect of the bolt preload is not overlooked for the following computational modelling dealing with the radiated noise of the gearbox. The results obtained from the performed technical experiments were then evaluated and compared with the results of the computational models. In this way, it is possible to compare the different approaches, their limitations and weaknesses. Furthermore, the thesis deals with design modifications that are analyzed using computational modeling. The thesis is concluded with a brief description of the application of each approach and an evaluation of the gearbox design modifications.
Production technology for gearbox
Efimov, Anton ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This thesis is devoted to the problem of the production of hulls of the gearboxes. The text of this final thesis shows the production technology for single and series production. At the same time, a critical amount of products for a different production options were established.
Production of the car gearbox using Fused Deposition Modeling method
Štěrba, Ondřej ; Nejedlý, Jindřich (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The aim of this work is creating a virval model of the car gearbox . The gearbox from the car Skoda Felicia was used to create the individusl parts into a final assembly. Construction of the assembly model and the layout have been implemented inAutodesk Inventor, which is a software CAx application. Final production was performed by Rapid Prototyping Technology, using the Fused Deposition Modeling equipment uPrint from ABSplus material for the purpose of visualization. The final verification was assemblin single patrs of the gearbox, including ensurance its functionality.
Gears created by 3D printing for consumer use
Chládek, Vilém ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with gears and subsequently with 3D print. 3D print is nowadays a rapidly evolving technology which can solve complex assemblies. This text contains gears analysis and their parameters. The next section describes 3D printing technologies and the materials used. The main point of the solution is elaboration of the 3D model of a hand-powered drill and its subsequent 3D print. With this is discussed, the issue of fitting, model assembly and post-processing. A successfully printed and functional drill can be then used for educational purposes or as a suitable pattern for the kit.
